We don’t want to offer you a bandaid for recovery from mental health challenges. Taproot Therapy wants to get to the root your symptoms. We specializes in brain based medicine and depth psychology backed approaches to healing.
These techniques promote healing in the deep brain instead of covering up the symptoms of past trauma or abuse, or managing them with behavioral techniques.

We have many other options for treatment beyond counseling available at Taproot Therapy, but Brainspotting is always an option.
