Why Off-Campus Care?

While Alabama’s major universities—including UAB, Auburn, and the University of Alabama—offer vital counseling services, they are often limited by high volume and short-term models. We provide a deeper level of care, utilizing EMDR and Brainspotting to resolve the underlying trauma that causes anxiety and depression.

Our goal is to help students expand their Window of Tolerance, allowing them to stay regulated during exams, social transitions, and the pressure of independent life.
